theres a humming in my ears?

so i went out on my boat yesterday with a few friends and i woke up this morning with this sorta humming noise in my ears . i think its because when my friend was driving it pretty fast, i turned up my ipod to drown out the sound of the boat, and i think thats why its making that noise, but is there a name for this? jw and can i do anything to make it go away?

i told my dad about it this morning and he said that it should go away in a few minutes or so but it never did, and its been doing it all day.

ughhh it could be ur ears Ringing from loudness of the boat, or ipod idk.srry. cuz i get that all the time when light fireworks or something loud happens next to my ears. prob nothing to worry about.
